Kids Club
Open throughout the academic year, Kids’ Club provides activities for school-aged Shelter and community children. It is held Monday-Friday from 3 – 5 p.m. The last day for Kids' Club this year will be Friday, May 28th.
Donation Basement
The Shelter opens up its basement every Thursday from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. to residents and community members. Donations can range from clothing to miscellaneous household items. CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO CONSTRUCTION.
General Equivalency Development (GED) Classes
Classes are offered at the Shelter on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. One-on-one tutoring is available to all students. Classes are free.
Adult Health Clinic
In collaboration with the Lehigh Valley Hospital, the Shelter offers a health clinic for adults only. Clinic is held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and services are free to Allentown residents without insurance and over 18 years of age.
