In early summer 2004, Leland Fraser decided to open a title insurance and settlement company in the heart of Allentown's business district.  The Bertrum Group's experienced staff provides fast, reliable services.  They are one of the few title companies that provide Spanish-speaking services. 

 

The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided the start-up capital for the purchase of equipment and office space in the Hamilton Business Center.
