Paradyse Investments operates two small franchises: Little Jimmy’s Italian Ice, and The Nutty Bavarian.  Owners Terry and James Edmonds began operating their vending carts at events in the Lehigh Valley area in March 2008.  Serving up refreshing Italian ices and tasty roasted nuts to happy customers proved to be a rewarding business opportunity, and in Spring 2009, Paradyse Investments expanded their business to include second vending carts for both Franchises.      

The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a loan to Paradyse Investments, LLC for equipment, inventory, and show fees.
