By offering individualized assistance to each client, Margarita can meet their specific needs on a regular or as-needed basis. The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided funds for the renovation of the Lynn Avenue property. A heating system was installed and other structural improvements were made to convert the building to office and storage space for Magic Woman.
