Ellen Larmer, Director
elarmer@caclv.org
Ellen oversees all of the activities related to neighborhood-based community and economic development.  She has over 15 years of experience in government, military and non-profit organizations,  including working both locally and internationally for the protection and well-being of children and families.  Ellen has a strong interest in university/community partnerships, and holds a Master of Arts degree from Lehigh University in political science and a B.A. in psychology from Moravian College.  Ellen’s father had his own business as an advertising and marketing consultant to the emerging natural foods industry.  Ellen especially enjoys identifying business opportunities and providing technical assistance to prospective business owners.
Javier Inga, Business Outreach Coordinator

Javier oversees all of the outreach activities within our organization. He enjoys going out to the community and providing information about what’s happening within the neighborhood to many of the business owners. He reviews business plans, financial statements, and the development of marketing and promotional strategies for entrepreneurs. He also helps entrepreneurs learn about business principles and gain working knowledge of management, accounting, finance, financial statements analysis and provides technical assistance. Javier has an M.B.A from Moravian College and a B.S. in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, Lima, Peru.
Amanda Miller, Administrative Assistant                                                                               amiller@caclv.org                                                                                                                            Amanda is the administrative assistant. She loves to help people, whether assisting them with the Start Your Business class registration, or helping them find information about their neighborhood and the community. She is the organizer in the office, keeping track of all our incoming and outgoing information, ensuring that our supplies are current, and making sure that staff have what they need. Amanda is a graduate of EastStroudsburgUniversity with a B.S. in Sociology, and concentration in social work and gerontology.
