| Ellen Larmer, Project Director elarmer@caclv.org Ellen oversees all of the activities related to neighborhood-based community and economic development. She has over 15 years of experience in government, military and non-profit organizations, including working both locally and internationally for the protection and well-being of children and families. Ellen has a strong interest in university/community partnerships, and holds a Master of Arts degree from Lehigh University in political science and a B.A. in psychology from Moravian College. Ellen’s father had his own business as an advertising and marketing consultant to the emerging natural foods industry. Ellen especially enjoys identifying business opportunities and providing technical assistance to prospective business owners. |

Bill Dean, Business Development Coordinator wdean@caclv.org Bill has 38 year of experience in the private sector, taught high school economics, and completed a stint in Mexico for the Peace Corps prior to joining our staff. In the business world he was twice assistant vice president in the banking industry and was the chief executive officer at a manufacturing firm. Bill is now our business development coordinator, providing business technical assistance to existing and prospective business owners, teaching the Start Your Business class, and preparing business owners as borrowers. Bill has a M.B.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Economics from LaSalle College. |

Eugenio Orona, Marketing Coordinator eorona@caclv.org Eugenio is a graduate from Drexel University with a B.A. degree in marketing and entrepreneurship. Eugenio provides assistance to entrepreneurs on developing marketing plans and strategies. He creates websites and selects advertising and promotional materials for his clients. While in the entrepreneurial program, Eugenio completed marketing plans and provided marketing research for businesses in the Philadelphia area. Eugenio was a member of the Drexel Marketing Association and attended marketing workshops and events created by the DMA. |
